This is the easiest salsa recipe ever — I know I said it about my salsa verde, but this fresh tomato salsa is way easier.

There’s hardly any clean up and it uses the freshest ingredients to make a basic but most delicious salsa.

This incredibly easy salsa has just 5 ingredients. All of which are easy to find just about anywhere you live. Most people probably always have them in their kitchen at all times.

  • Roma tomatoes
  • white onion
  • jalapeños or serranos for a spicier salsa
  • dried oregano
  • salt

That’s all you need! Pretty cool, no?!

No Cilantro Salsa

I truly enjoy this quick blender salsa because I don’t have to roast any ingredients or dirty up a lot of dishes. If you have a good powerful blender you can get away with cutting the ingredients into larger pieces, therefore doing even less work.

Really, that’s all you do with this blender salsa. Then you grab some chips or quickly drizzled it over your favorite Mexican foods…like tacos!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 medium roma tomatoes
  • 1 small piece of onion
  • 1 jalapeno or serrano
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt or large pinch
  • pinch of Mexican oregano if possible if not use the kind available to you

Instructions
 

  • Place all of the ingredients in the blender.
    Chopped tomato, jalapeno, onion, salt and oregano inside a blender ready to blend and make raw tomato salsa.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a container and serve right away.

Notes

You don’t need to cook this salsa. It’s best to eat the same day you make it.
