This vegan chipotle mayo recipe is the easiest one you'll find - it takes just 5 minutes to make and you only need 6 simple ingredients! With it's , creamy texture, smoky and spicy taste it's just the burst of flavor that your tacos, burgers, burritos and bowls need.
Add the mayonnaise, chipotle peppers, spices, fresh lime juice to the blender cup. Blend until you have a creamy consistency.
Once creamy taste and adjust the ingredients to get your perfect spice level. You can add one or more whole chipotle pepper or just some of the adobo sauce for extra kick. For a milder flavor add less chipotle and to still get the red color you can add a Tablespoon of tomato paste or paprika powder and blend with the rest of the ingredients.
