This Mexican sparkling mineral water drink is the thirst-quencher summer drink Made with sparkling mineral water, fresh lime juice, salt, chamoy sauce, Tajin and plenty of ice cubes.
Dip your glass into the chamoy sauce then dip into the Tajin powder. Make it as thick or light as you'd like.
Add lots of ice until you fill the glass. (use whole or crushed ice)
Squeeze in the lime then sprinkle in the salt. Then shake in the Tajin, and drizzle in as much chamoy sauce as you'd like, pour in mineral water. Gently stir to well combine.
Pour in more sparkling water and add more ice cubes.
Top with more Tajin and chamoy if you like, or garnish with cucumber chunks and a tamarind stick.
