Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Add the water and oil to the bowl and mix until well combined.
Cover the bowl and rest the dough for 10 minutes.
Divide dough then roll out into flat disks.
Cook the flour tortillas on a hot skillet then flip over and cook another minute or so. Remove from heat then repeat the process.
