Drain and crumble silken tofu. Use a fork to break it down into crumbled texture, size is up to you.
Heat the oil and add the crumbled tofu. Then sprinkle in the black salt and turmeric powder.
Cook the seasoned tofu for about 7 minutes. Stir often to help the turmeric powder distribute in the tofu.
Mix in the ham and cook a few more minutes to help warm it up. Stir until the ham is well incorporated into tofu.
Serve with slices of avocado and tomato, warm tortillas, refried beans and a warm drink.
