Champurrado is very easy to make. It's a delicious thick chocolate drink from Mexico. This recipe is made with Abuelita chocolate or any other type.

• large pot  • chocolate disks (Abuelita or Ibarra or other brand) • piloncillo or brown sugar • masa harina • milk • canela, vanilla & salt

Mix Masa

Mix the masa harina with water. Simmer water, chocolate and cinnamon until dissolved.

Remove cinnamon sticks. Add piloncillo and vanilla.
