Champurrado is very easy to make. It's a delicious thick chocolate drink from Mexico. This recipe is made with Abuelita chocolate or any other type.
Mix the masa harina with water. Simmer water, chocolate and cinnamon until dissolved.
Remove cinnamon sticks. Add piloncillo and vanilla.
Add milk, then masa mixture and simmer until thickened.
Taste for sweetness and adjust if necessary. Serve warm.
