How to make the best


Champurrado is a thick chocolate drink  made with chocolate, canela, piloncillo and thickened with masa. This is going to become your favorite cold weather drink!


masa harina, water chocolate disks, cinnamon, piloncillo, vanilla, salt & milk


Hydrate the masa, simmer the chocolate & cinnamon. Cover & simmer then remove cinnamon & add Piloncillo


add the vanilla, milk & hydrated masa. Simmer until thick or to desired consistency


enjoy it for breakfast, with a warm bolillo or as a dessert!
