This easy and quick sauteed snow peas recipe is packed with flavor, great texture and a touch of heat from sriracha. It's going to become one of your favorite side dishes.
Heat the oil in a large skillet, once hot add the shallots and saute until soft and translucent.
Add the garlic and ginger and saute for 3 minutes.
Mix in the snow peas and stir until well combined. Cook for 5 minutes.
Pour in the soy sauce and sriracha and mix until well combined.
Cook until the snow peas are to your desired texture. Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds.
