These delicious vegan steak tacos are made using mushrooms and they are an amazing meat substitute. Ready in less than 30 minutes!
Heat the oil in a large pan. Once hot lay the mushrooms in an even layer. Sprinkle the seasonings over them.
Place a heavy cast-iron skillet over the mushrooms and cook until golden and crispy on one side.
Remove the skillet, flip and cook on the opposite side until golden.
Spread some avocado mash on the warm corn tortilla. Then place a piece of the cooked mushroom. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro and add the salsa. Serve immediately.
