Squash blossoms or flor de calabaza are a delicacy in Mexico. They are delicious in quesadillas.
Carefully remove the pointy stems around the blossom, the thick green stem and also the bud inside.
Heat the corn tortillas on a hot comal. Add some cheese and one or two blossoms. Fold and cook until cheese is melted.
Serve with your favorite homemade salsa and enjoy!
