Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and once hot add the soy chorizo. Mix now and then.
Cook until it begins to get a little crispy around the edges or to your desired texture.
Add the crumbled tofu over the cooked chorizo, season and mix until well combined. Cook for 8 minutes.
