Roast the tomatillos, jalapenos, onion and garlic until evenly charred on all sides.
Blend the roasted ingredients with the bouillon powder, salt and a little bit of water. Then add the cilantro. Add more water if desired.
Pour the blended salsa into a large bowl and enjoy with tortilla chips or use it to make green enchiladas.
