Refreshing Mexican papaya drink is a delicious and naturally sweet no-sugar agua fresca. It'll keep you hydrated and load your body with vitamins.
Place the papaya, orange juice and a little bit of water in the blender cup. Blend until completely smooth.
Place a colander over a large pitcher. Strain to remove any fruit pulp and discard it.
Pour in the remaining water into the pitcher, still well and add ice cubes if desired.
Serve the papaya drink ice cold and over plenty of ice cubes. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
