Nata pound cake is made with creamy, decadent Mexican clotted cream. It's delicious with a cup of Mexican coffee.
Use a metal sifter to sift the dry ingredients into a medium bowl. Set aside. Butter the loaf pan and preheat oven.
Beat eggs until fluffy then add the sugar and mix until well combined.
Add the nata, vanilla, and orange zest and mixt until well combined.
Being incorporating the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients little by little until everything is mixed well.
Pour pound cake batter into prepared loaf pan and bake until cooked through. Cool completely before sering.
