Do you have too much leftover cranberry sauce from your holiday dinner? Then make this delicious leftover cranberry sauce empanadas. They're sweet and savory and so yummy!
Fill each empanada dough disc with some leftover cranberry sauce.
Place a small piece of cheese over the cranberry sauce then sprinkle with grated piloncillo sugar.
Brush the outer edges with a little milk then fold in half into half moon shapes. Press edges to seal then use a fork to crimp the edges. Brush with milk or egg wash then sprinkle with more piloncillo.
Bake in the middle of a preheated oven.
