Place a small piece of cheese over the cranberry sauce then sprinkle with grated piloncillo sugar.

Brush the outer edges with a little milk then fold in half into half moon shapes. Press edges to seal then use a fork to crimp the edges. Brush with milk or egg wash then sprinkle with more piloncillo.

Bake in the middle of a preheated oven.
