Add all the dry ingredients, except the baking powder, to a bowl. Mix until well combined.

Pour in all of the wet ingredients into the dry ones. Mix until well combined.

Rest

Allow the batter to sit for 10 minutes before mixing in the baking powder and more water.

Cook

Heat a medium pan and add a little bit of oil. Then pour in some batter and swirl around to form round shape. Cook until set then flip and cook another couple minutes.
