Peel the turmeric root and ginger root with a spoon.
Grate the ginger and turmeric into a small saucepan.
All of the spices and the coconut oil into the saucepan.
Add the water and bring to a boil. Simmer for a few minutes.
Add the milk then the honey and cook a few more minutes before serving.
