Heat the oil and sauté the onion until soft and translucent.
Add the sliced mushrooms to the cooked onions and sauté until they have softened.
Add the tomato, garlic and salt. Mix into the mushrooms and onion until well combined. Cook until tomatoes break down.
Right before serving you can mix in some chopped cilantro.
