Pitahaya or dragon fruit agua fresca is so refreshing and perfect for the summer heat!
Peel and slice up the dragon fruit. Make sure to not leave any skin on it.
Place the dragon fruit, sugar, lime juice and some water into a blender. Blend until completely smooth.
Pour blended mix into a large pitcher with ice cubes. Pour in cold water and mix.
Serve over ice cubes chilled and decorate with a small piece of fresh dragon fruit.
