Mangonadas are a frozen mango sorbet that's sweet and a little spicy. Drizzled with chamoy sauce and Tajin, it's a real treat!
Blend the mango, ice cubes, lime juice and nectar until smooth and ice breaks down.
Pour mixture into a prepared glass with chamoy sauce and Tajin rim.
Top mangonada with chopped mango, sprinkle with Tajin and more chamoy if desired. Insert a tamarind straw into the glass.
