These snow peas are sautéed in sesame oil and cooked with shallots, garlic, ginger, sriracha sauce and sesame seeds. Makes a great side dish!
Heat the oil and once hot saute the shallots until soft and translucent.
Add the minced garlic and ginger and cook for another few minutes.
Mix in the snow peas and mix until well combined and coated with the oil mixture.
Drizzle in the sriracha and soy sauce and cook until snow peas reach desired texture.
