salsa verde, poblano peppers, oaxaca cheese, onion, cilantro, garlic, oil, corn tortillas

Fire Roast the Poblano peppers then prep them into strips.

Make the salsa verde by boiling ingredients and blending then frying

Sauté the ingredients to make the filling & keep warm

Fry the tortillas, drain on paper towel, dip into salsa then stuff and serve
