Chop and prep all of the ingredients. Place everything in a small mixing bowl then stir until everything is well combined.
Taste and adjust as desired.

Make this salsa right before serving. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Consume within 2 to 3 days of preparing.
