3Tablespoonsof raw honeyor good quality honey, adjust to taste

Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until completely broken down. Strain any pulp if desired. Serve in a shot glass and take 2 times a day to fight off a cold, or 1 times a day for a general immunity boost. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
Notes
● If you find ginger very spicy, then you may want to either add less ginger or more water to help ease it down. This recipe is easily customised to your own taste, so play around with the amounts and tweak it until it's perfect for you ● As an afterthought my sister also mentioned that adding black pepper to the drink will help your body absorb the turmeric better.
