Layers of sweet and juicy strawberries drizzled with sweet cream sauce. Mexican fresas con crema or strawberries and cream is one of the easiest and most delicious desserts. You’ve got to make this asap!
In a medium bowl, mix the sour cream, media crema, and condensed milk. Mix until well combined.
Mix in the vanilla extract. Taste and adjust condensed milk or vanilla if desired.
Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes. While the crema is cooling prep the strawberries. Thoroughly rinse then pat dry with a paper towel. Either slice them or quarter them.
In a clear glass add a couple of scoops of the strawberries then drizzle with crema. Make a couple of layers then serve. Serve right away.
