goat milk regular milk sugar vanilla salt baking soda cinnamon

Mix the cow milk & baking soda in a small bowl,  set aside

Put remaining ingredients in a large pot & bring to a light boil & mix until sugar is dissolved

step #4

carefully mix the milk/baking soda into the pot ingredients

step #5

slowly cook until the sauce has thickened and is a dark caramel color
