 dried chiles broth oregano bay leaf onion garlic mushrooms hominy

boil chiles with onion & garlic

blend the boiled ingredients until smooth

saute the mushrooms

add the chile sauce, spices & hominy to the pot

pour in the broth then simmer until cooked through

serve with all of your favorite pozole toppings
