It tastes so similar to the classic version but without any tripe!!

ingredients needed

dried chiles onion garlic mushrooms spices vegetable broth toppings

Step #1

soften the  dried chiles,  onion & garlic Then blend

Step #3

strain chile sauce over the mushrooms and into the pot 

Step #4

Mix in spices and cook for a few minutes

Step #4

add broth, cover and simmer  for 40 minutes

Step #5

taste and if  needed adjust the seasoning

Step #6

serve topped with your favorite toppings
