poblano peppers

Ingredients

fresh poblano peppers, metal tongs, ziploc bag or plate & plastic wrap

Steps

place 2 or 3 poblanos directly on the stove burner

Steps

blacken on all sides evenly. Place on a plate and repeat until all poblanos are ready.

place in ziploc bag or cover plate with plastic wrap. Allow to sweat 10 minutes

Steps

Use a butter knife to peel away the blackened skin. Remove seeds & use as needed
