Did you know that January 16th is National Hot & Spicy Food Day?
Yeah, I also didn’t know. Haha. I also don’t know who comes up with all of these food holidays. But what I do know is that they are great inspiration for eating whatever it is that the particular day is celebration. In this case it’s all about the heat!
For me personally, I do love to eat spicy foods. I’m just more into heat with lots of flavour, than I am into heat with just a burn on my mouth that I can’t get rid of. So “spicy” to me can me different amount of heat to others. I guess you can say I’m more of a middle heat kind of person.
